Up for sale is a cool retro 1966 Sears Easy Touch portable manual typewriter in its original blue carrying case. This lightweight plastic-body “student” model was sold by Sears Roebuck and features the fun interchangeable type slug system (original instruction booklet explains how to swap keys and slugs for foreign languages).

1967 Hermes 3000 in pica, 10CPI has been disassembled, cleaned, degreased, type adjusted, buffed and polished. A new red/black ribbon has been installed. New platen knobs. All functions of the Hermes are operating; load paper and type. The plastic end caps on the carriage have repaired cracks with the right side cap missing a small piece(see images; price adjusted accordingly). The typewriter and cover are in very good condition. Excellent!
