1960s Olympia German typewriter in pristine condition. There's a drip mark on the back that I did not try to clean off. All keys function as they should and travel properly. The ribbon advances. The ribbon is a little dry, but if you type with a little force the letters are crisp.

This typewriter works fine. All the keys work. I think there is something wrong with the ribbon auto advancement because every so often I have to manually turn it so that I get new ink. Selling because I am over my typewriter phase and am going back to computers. My hope is that it would go to a poet who publishes a book using this machine, but I'm good with selling to it someone who just wants it for interior design uses.

Over 90 years old. The serial number dates this typewriter in the 1934 era. Photos are good to describe. The typewriter types well in, Pica 10 cpi, as you can see from the examples. The original 12” platen, feet, paper feed, backspace, new ribbon, original spools and covers, ribbon feed, margin release, loud bell, tab are all good.
