This was the preferred typewriter of the Luke’s of Hemingway and many more famous writers. It appears to be fully functional although it needs new ink. I also tested it briefly before the ink dried so I cannot say with 100% certainty that it is fully functional.

I believe it`s from the 1960s. It will need a new ribbon. I put paper in it and all the keys seem to work fine. The roller that the paper gets feed in needs to be cleaned or replaced, because it doesn`t want to pull the paper around the cylinder that well.

It is a Corona 3 made by the Corona Typewriter Co. of Groton, New York. The last patent date printed on it is July 10, 1917. Visually, this typewriter is in really good condition with only minor oxidation and surface wear.
