This is a Royal Quiet De Luxe serial #2106605 which puts this as a 1950 model. It is a very modest looking machine in all grey. See the video for a typing demonstration and the pictures for the condition. She types very nicely, with the only issue being that the backspace does not work. Other than that, she's good to go with a new ribbon to boot, and as an added bonus, the case does come with a key. These machines are known for their rugged durability and this one's pretty good, especially given that it's 75 years old and counting :) Free shipping is to continental US only.

Typewriter shows some wear and tear. I put some paper in and it does type, but needs some tuning up as it's not fully coming out clear and also has cosmetic issues in certain areas. One of the keys is taped on not sure if it's damaged, or what. The space bar is beat up. But overall, mechanically seems pretty decent. I'm sure somebody could get this working great with a little bit of effort. The case handle has a little tear in it but all in all the case is in pretty decent shape. See pics for condition.
