There are no usable liquids in any of the bottles, and I can’t open the Underwood round tin to open.But this stuff is really fun and if you have a typewriter collection, these are fun additions to anyone’s collection. Great used condition This unit has the original user manual with a note from the buyer stating a purchase date of April 1981. All keys seem to be working and the unit retracts as intended. I do not believe there is ink. Sold as is

This is ahard-to-find Script/Cursive typeface (see photos) and the typewriter is overallclean and presentable, with a few marks/scuffs consistent with age and storage. The platen/roller showsrubber bloom/whitening (oxidation).

The machine has been fully disassembled, cleaned, and serviced. Feed rollers have been replaced and the platen has been turned to a smooth matte finish. A fresh black and red ribbon is installed. The type sample photo confirms the machine types cleanly in both black and red.

This is a lovely Remington Rand typewriter made in the USA in the 1940s. We are no experts about these machines so we would love to hear any knowledge about this particular rare model, "Quiet Model 1". The advancing mechanism that rolls the paper does not seem to grab the paper well. The ribbon is obviously mostly dried out. No buttons are missing. Notice that the machine latches into its case but is removable as well. This is a beautiful display piece and we believe it could easily be in full working order. While this is nice and functions as you would expect There are 2 issues The ribbon is pretty faint and could use replacing And the 2nd and bigger issue is the chassis is missing the bushings that hold the lid/cover in place It sits there and looks great but there is supposed to be a rubber sleeve in the body of the typewriter that recieves the shaft on the lid Without that the lid won’t attach properly
