This is a unique, collector-grade copy of Duke's controversial work claiming Jesse James lived out his life in Texas. This copy is boldly inscribed and signed by the author to John B. Barrett. In the inscription, Duke specifically thanks Barrett for providing the "alive" photograph of Jesse James that appears on the front cover of this very book. Condition: Very Good condition. The binding is tight and uncreased. Minor shelf wear to the edges and corners of the softcover. Pages are clean, bright, and free of highlighting or marginalia (aside from the author's inscription).
