Check if you are running 64-bit Windows(see below) and if you have at least 4GB of RAM and 30GB of free disk space. You can NOT upgrade 32-bit Windows but only do a clean install by wiping it out. So if you currently have a 32-bit version this DVD will not work as an upgrade.
