Universal Elgin J-A38. Hard Carrying Case plus many Extras. Deluxe Automatic Sewing Machine. It may need lubrication as I have NO knowledge of last service. Front piece wasn't attached very good, the screw must of been barely in as it fell off while turning the machine around for pictures.
