This wok heats right up. The colors on the plug/controller are vibrant and completely legible. There are a few minor dings and scratches, but hey, if you had to sauté vegetables for 60 years you be a little rough too. Be sure to zoom in and take a close look at the pictures before bidding/buying. There is a small dent on the lid and a scuff on the outer rim. Both are visible in the photos.Thanks!
