This is an open box return. It has been tested and cleaned and worked flawlessly. This unit does not have the milk frothing pitcher included in the box. The unit itself and all parts are included. Please keep in mind with built in grinder coffee machines, some grounds without fail will find their way around packaging once it was been used.
