The film was directed by Walter Chung Chang-Hwa. This DVD is from the official Celestial / Hong Kong release of the film ... produced by IVL / Intercontinental Video Limited. VCDs are Video Compact Disc -- an alternate video format to DVD -- which is widely used in a number of Asian countries. The discs used are produced on CDs, rather than DVDs, so far less information can be held on a single disc. This results in two main differences between VCDs and DVDs.
