Delonghi makes one of the very best fryers on the market

Pros: Digital readout and push button controls. Easy to put together, easy to work and clean.

Cons: Digital controls and readout on wrong side. Useless viewing window. Digital control in increments.

DeLonghi Dual Zone Deep Fryer mostly does what it should

Pros: digital control, 3 pound capacity, break away cord, heating element right in the oil

Cons: tap leaked! Temp controls in multiples of 7.
